Science Fun

We had some science fun tonight. We made ice cream in a Ziploc baggie. We put ice and salt in a large bag. In the small bag we put half and half, sugar and vanilla. Put the small bag inside the big bag. Shake for 10 mins (close both bags first of course)!

The kids liked to put the ingredients in the bags and shake it for like 30 secs then they left it up to me.

They were surprised after 10 mins to taste the ice cream. It was a fun project!

Sunny Sunday After Church

Pony Parade

Chloe decided to have a pony parade. She had to first accessorize the ponies with her hair clips and bracelets before the parade began.

Visiting friends

We went to Kitsap to visit some friends. We had lots of fun...biking, 4 wheeler, fun in the sun. It was like old times.

California Disney Adventure

Great day at Disney Adventure! The nice thing about this park was they had a area where there were all kiddie rides with no wait!!

We saw some more characters!

Carter's favorite ride was the water one...Grizzly River Run. We went on that one many times. Unfortunately, Chloe was not tall enough to go on this one:(

We ended the extra long day with World of Color, water & music show. Chloe slept through whole thing but it was a 10:15pm show. Carter slept through part of it too. Way too late for them!

2nd day at Disneyland

Second day we went to Disneyland again to try and hit some of the rides we missed the first day.

Chloe went on her first roller coaster...Gadget's Go Coaster in Toontown. She was a little nervous but made it through:) The strangest thing was she said she had to go to the potty every time we got in line...must have been nerves.

First day at Disneyland

We started our week off in CA at Disneyland. Everyone was super pumped up. Throughout the day we would all do a family fist pump...just let everyone in Disneyland know we were excited:)

Carter got to go on many "big kid" rides this time (Space Mtn, Splash Mtn and Matterhorn Bobsleds). He was pretty proud of himself.

Chloe was a little more scared. She really didn't want to go on anything that went in the dark. The Winnie Pooh ride she was even a little frightened of. But she LOVED meeting the princesses. You cold tell by her face she just didn't know how to act around them.
