We went to the parade in the morning. The kids had a great time of course. What kid doesn't love people throwing candy at them. It does make me think why do they usually throw hard candy to children at a parade...when small children should not have hard candy...choking hazard. It is a little bizarre to me.
In the afternoon we went to a BBQ. The kids had a great time running around and riding bikes. It was especially nice for Carter because it was mostly all boys...so rare for him because he is usually around all girls.
